Release Train Engineer• Encourages team and subsystem level Continuous Integration and Testing and Communities of Practice around SAFe, Agile, and Lean system engineeringThis will be at the request of assigned TOM or Program Manager at a sub task levelDrive continuous improvement via facilitating workshopsEnsure that the Program has high visibility and understanding of the critical data for the release train – dependencies, issues and risks, Inspect & Adapt plans, train-level metrics, and communicates appropriatelyIdentify, design and execute enhancements to USIS Program Management organization project, program and portfolio governance, discipline and best practicesCo-ordinates and facilitates interactions with all shared services teams, including Release ManagementEnsures collaboration and dependency management within and between ARTsMonitors, manages and escalates impediments and risks across the ARTEstablishes the release schedule working with Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholdersFacilitates the creation of the product and release backlogs by overseeing requirements analysis and ensuring each user story in the backlog is well written, sufficiently granular, and buildable
