Job Details Customer Experience Representative – Delta Dental of Illinois – Naperville, IL 60563Employment Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolPay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hourShift: DayTravel: NoneJob Category: Customer Service Responsibilities Accurately respond to verbal and written inquiries and complaints from subscribers, providers, brokers, or group administrators. Process claim adjustments during the phone call and/or during regular work time. Apply good judgment using dental knowledge when processing claims and handling client calls. Maintain and follow up on documents for all adjustment requests, check investigations, overpayment letters, and e‑forms. Qualifications Strong customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer typing skills and experience working in an ACD environment with talk and work time goals. Knowledge of insurance reimbursement practices, including processing policies, deductibles, maximums, coordination of benefits (COB), and dental terminology.
