Physical Therapist - Outpatient & Inpatient Care

Location: Hardwick, VT

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Varied / Rotating

Job Description: This role provides direct patient care in the evaluation and treatment of outpatients. This may include work at any site supported by therapy services, including satellite outpatient locations. Additionally, the role may involve providing direct patient care for inpatients, including those in the ER, acute care, and patients transitioning from PACU. Participation in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation may be required. The primary focus is on outpatient physical therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and implement treatment plans for outpatient therapy.
• Provide direct patient care in inpatient settings, including ER and acute care.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
