About the Commercial Real Estate Broker Position
We are looking for new and experienced Brokers to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts.

Your decision to pursue a career in real estate can be daunting. Because of the entrepreneurial nature of real estate, the ultimate height of your success is in your control. The value of affiliating with Brelle Realty, LLC. is that you are not alone. We are a boutique firm not a conglomerate where you are a number. Your education will not be book of numbers and phone but one on one training with experienced professional commercial real estate brokers.
Broker responsibilities are:
- Helping manage buy/seller relationships
Managing pipeline of commercial business
Negotiate sales contracts
Ensuring that customer needs are being satisfied
Commercial Broker requirements are:
Fully Licensed Illinois Broker
Experience in the sales field
Excellent communication and leadership skills
