Real Estate Broker - New Construction & Residential Sales

KBM Realty is a Chicago-based real estate brokerage focused on residential sales, new construction, homeownership, and investment opportunities.
\n \nWe are part of a vertically integrated real estate organization with active businesses in real estate development, construction, property management, and brokerage. As our development pipeline and brokerage continue to grow, we are looking for licensed Illinois real estate brokers who want to grow their business alongside us.
\n \nThe Opportunity
\nThis is an opportunity for motivated real estate professionals who want to build their client base, increase their sales activity, and be connected to a growing pipeline of residential development throughout Chicago.
\n \nOur agents have opportunities to work with first-time homebuyers, owner-occupants, sellers, investors, and buyers interested in new construction.
\n \nKBM Realty is also investing in marketing, digital advertising, buyer seminars, broker events, community outreach, and lead-generation efforts to expand our reach and create new business opportunities.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
\n• Respond to and follow up with prospective buyers and leads
\n• Conduct buyer consultations and property showing
\ns• Develop and maintain your own client relationships and referral network
\n• Participate in open houses, broker events, buyer seminars, and community events
\n• Become knowledgeable about KBM Realty's available and upcoming properties
\n• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction process
\n• Use company systems to track leads, follow-up activities, and transactions
\n• Collaborate with our brokerage, development, property management, and marketing teams
\n• Maintain compliance with Illinois real estate licensing requirements and brokerage policies

\n• Active Illinois real estate license
\n• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n• Professional and responsive approach to client service
\n• Motivation to grow your real estate busines
\ns• Interest in residential sales, homeownership, and/or new construction
\n• Comfortable using technology and learning new system
\ns• Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently
\n• Knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and the local residential market is preferred
