Summary of Key Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sandblaster to join our team! The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, and prepare parts for finishing. This role includes performing basic machine maintenance, routine cleaning, and following safety procedures to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. The Sandblaster inspects parts for quality, maintains a clean work area, and supports production goals while adhering to all safety standards. Responsibilities Daily operation of Sandblasting equipment. Basic set‑up and shutdown of sandblast facility. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work in a fast‑paced production work environment with rapidly changing priorities. Ability to be self‑motivated, assertive, and responsive to Company metrics. Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools. Strong judgement to be able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Must be detail oriented. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests. Ability to speak English fluently. Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy. Summary of Experience and Education Must be 18 or over. Previous Sandblast Experience is a plus but not a must. Willing to train the right candidate, that is reliable, has a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Generous compensation and full benefit package.
