2nd shift Industrial Plumber - Silent-Aire

Responsibilities Assist Electricians, Welders, and Assemblers when needed for projects as time allows. Apply problem‑solving skills. Brazing and soldering of copper pipe from ½ to 4 inches. Maintain working knowledge of technology changes, compliance, and repair techniques. Work with PVC pipe. Utilize power tools. Read blueprints and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform other assigned work as required. Follow safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, steel‑toed boots, etc.). Manage time, complete tasks, and work safely in a shop environment with inherent hazards. Work effectively in a busy, small‑space environment. Handle communication with prudence and professionalism. Work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial plumber with strong understanding of industrial plumbing systems. Completion of college, vocational, or technical training preferred (appropriate credentials and certifications). Shift work and ability to work in small spaces. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, tactful, diplomatic, professional at all times. Ability to follow safety policies and wear PPE. Other duties as assigned.
