Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy with a bachelor's or associate degree.
• Active state license required to start in Wisconsin.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience managing clinical teams.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training clinical staff.
• Experience developing therapy programs, clinical protocols, or care pathways.
• Flexible schedule availability.
