- # Description**Job Openings for Direct Support Professionals**Become part of our team providing support services to adults with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities.**Full time Residential Shift****Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:*** Provide active support and supervision for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.* Transport individuals to various community outings, trips, and recreational events for enjoyment and engagement.* Create meaningful and engaging environments and activities that foster personal growth, development, and individual interests.* Contribute to the planning and development of community-based activities that enhance social and recreational opportunities.* Participate in arts and crafts, cooking, and other interactive activities within our day facility.* Document the supports provided to individuals at the end of each day using our Electronic Health Record system.* Collaborate with our team to ensure each day is filled with fun, purpose, and experiences that individuals look forward to.**In addition -- we offer the following benefits:*** Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage* Competitive Salary* Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Life Insurance* Paid Training and Professional Development* Double Time Pay on Holidays* Increased Pay for Weekend Shifts**Who are we:** Where Every Day is a New Adventure!P.I.L.O.T.
