Product Support Specialist

Seeking a Product Support Specialist to support dealership and lender partners through software support, issue resolution, workflow guidance, and customer success initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with dealership operations, DMS, CRM, application support, software support, or customer-facing technical support experience. Responsibilities & Qualifications Support dealership and lender users by resolving software and workflow-related issues Work directly with customers to improve adoption, utilization, and overall user experience Manage and document issues through ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms Support business applications, CRM systems, dealership software, and integrated solutions Must Haves Experience supporting software applications, DMS platforms, CRM systems, or business applications Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing/support platform Nice to Haves Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, or related systems SaaS onboarding, implementation, or training experience Application support, incident management, or troubleshooting experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
