The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing communications, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely communication regarding service updates, promotions, and dealership events. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the dealership’s CRM system. Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention and overall experience. Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Scanning in documents. Working CRM.
