The General Pediatrician will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients in a busy and supportive practice. This role promotes a healthy work-life balance with a four-day work week and a shared call schedule, allowing for practice in a community-oriented setting with access to our extensive resources.

• Full-time role focused on outpatient pediatric care

• Four-day work week with a 1:6 call schedule

• No inpatient or delivery duties required

• Newborn rounding exclusively at the affiliated local hospital

• Established patient base with a robust referral network

The expected minimum salary for this position is $185,000 annually.

The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
