Sr. Business AnalystLocation: Wilmington, DE (2 days onsite) Duration: 1 yearKey Skills/Requirements (please make sure these are obvious in the resume):5+ years of experience in credit card banking5+ years of experience in TSYS (TS2) Build and Design or equivalent industryWorked with agile methodologies configured for large, complex organizations and can demonstrate an approach to overcoming various organizational constraints to ensure agility is maintainedStrong oral and written communication skillsJob Description:Overall purpose of roleThe Core Processor Build Analyst is responsible for setting up our card processing rules at TSYS and providing consultation to internal and external teams as needed. You will work with teams across the company: business development, marketing, fraud, risk, compliance, operations and technology to deliver on portfolio initiatives, conversions and co-brand deals.Key AccountabilitiesSupport business and operational teams in translating business strategies into technical processor requirements for internal applications as well as technical builds for Total System (TSYS)Maintain new product and feature development (pricing, account fees, transaction fees, etc.), new plastic, insert, card carrier or CMA (Card Mailer Agreement) builds as internal development or TSYS technical implementation, promotional programs (value proposition specific to awards, rebates, credits, and build on Internal Awards Applications)Coordinate and execute solutions across business, technology, operations, and external vendor/partners to deliver on time with high qualityKnowledge of and adherence to regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Brokerage Firm Policies and Policy StandardsEssential Skills/Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in credit card banking5+ years of experience in TSYS (TS2) Build and Design or equivalent industryWorked with agile methodologies configured for large, complex organizations and can demonstrate an approach to overcoming various organizational constraints to ensure agility is maintainedStrong oral and written communication skillsDesirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:SQL/SAS experienceAbility to build strong working relationships with key stakeholdersComputer Fluency- MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point, TeamsFamiliar with collaboration tools Confluence, Sharepoint, and JiraCapable of working effectively in a variable working environment.
