Location: Los Banos, CASchedule: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $70-77hr with benefits (DOE)
About the Opportunity Are you a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain function, independence, and quality of life? Join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/post-acute care setting where your expertise and compassion truly make an impact. Being in-house means you're part of the facility's care team, with strong collaboration, consistency, and the ability to follow patients throughout their recovery journey.

- Collaborate closely with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress accurately and timely to support quality care and compliance
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of [Insert State] or ability to obtain license
- Experience in post-acute or SNF setting preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
- Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation
