We handle everything so our staff can focus on what they do best: delivering a great experience.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced, organized camp director to oversee all three of our summer camps at Solterra this season. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of each camp, managing counselors on-site, and serving as the primary point of contact for residents and our HOA partner.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across all three summer camps (Soccer Skills, Multi-Sport Adventure, Arts & Crafts)Manage and supervise camp counselors throughout each programOversee equipment setup and breakdown each dayServe as the primary point of contact for resident questions and concerns on-siteSoccer coaching neededCompensation$16–$19 per hour, based on experience.ScheduleSoccer Skills Camp: June 16–18 | 9:00–11:30 AMMulti-Sport Adventure Camp: June 23–25 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PMArts & Crafts Camp: July 21–23 | 9:30 AM–12:30 PMRequirementsPrior experience in camp management or youth programming leadershipCPR, AED certification requiredBackground check requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage staff and handle on-site problem solving in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and community-oriented demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr Play Academy
