Now Hiring: Bilingual Staffing Coordinator - Temporary
We are hiring a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator on a temporary basis to join our team.
Location: Trenton, NJ
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
(Must have availability to do check ins)
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our hiring process, including:
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
- Review job descriptions/job orders with client and match individuals correctly to the client.
- Take accurate job orders from clients.
- Fill all open orders from clients.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
Specific Abilities:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Previous staffing experience a plus
- Customer service experience necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Computer skills (MS Word and MS Outlook)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to check in employees
