Now Hiring: Bilingual Staffing Coordinator - Temporary

We are hiring a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator on a temporary basis to join our team.

Location: Trenton, NJ

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

(Must have availability to do check ins)

As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our hiring process, including:

Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
Review job descriptions/job orders with client and match individuals correctly to the client.
Take accurate job orders from clients.
Fill all open orders from clients.
Answering phone calls and emails.

Specific Abilities:

Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
Previous staffing experience a plus
Customer service experience necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Computer skills (MS Word and MS Outlook)
Reliable transportation
Ability to check in employees
