We are pleased to share that we have several positions available: Admin Specialist, Onsite Coordinator, Staffing Recruiter. We have temporary and permanent positions available.
Admin Specialist (Temporary) - Weekly Salary: $720-$760 depending on experience
Location: Middletown, PA
Hours: Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm
Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work weekends as needed.
This position requires that you work in a warehouse environment. You will provide orientations and trainings to new hires, prepare reports, assist with timekeeping, perform safety walks and safety observations, provide support to the Onsite Manager, other administrative duties.
2nd Shift Staffing Coordinator - Weekly Salary: $800-$880 depending on experience
Location: Middletown, PA
Hours: Monday thru Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work weekends as needed.
This position requires that you work in a warehouse environment. You'll be supervising our temporary associates, maintaining effective communication between associates and warehouse leadership, conducting daily production and safety walks, facilitating new hires orientations, and processing payroll.
Staffing Recruiter Trenton Branch - Weekly Salary: $800
Location: Will be working from Willingboro, NJ
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
This position is in an office environment. You'll be recruiting, interviewing, prescreening potential candidates, answering phone calls, emailing, checking in temporary associates.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must for all positions!
- Staffing Onsite Coordinators must have previous supervisory, team lead, or warehouse leadership experience
- Customer Service background
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment
- MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
