Logistics Specialist III – Gulfstream Service Center, St. Louis The Logistics Specialist III will support our Gulfstream Service Center and Completions at the St. Louis airport. The focus will be on picking parts, delivering parts around the site, cycle counts, non‑conforming parts, and general warehouse responsibilities, with analytical problem solving. The role may involve driving a transport van, box truck, and forklift. Key Responsibilities Process pick tickets and material requests by pulling, issuing, and transporting parts to support manufacturing, service centers, spare parts sales, backshops, and distribution centers. Operate material handling equipment and company vehicles to move materials between departments and designated locations. Coordinate material flow to support schedules and customer demands, including AOG and other critical needs. Resolve discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage international shipments and documentation. Obtain and maintain CDI, Q, PQ, or RI stamps. Maintain inventory accuracy through data entry and use of inventory management systems such as SAP or Corridor. Support AOG needs. Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality by following procedures, identifying hazards, and ensuring regulatory standards. Handle, transport, and prepare shipment of Dangerous Goods per DOT, FAA, and other standards. Mentor junior staff. Communicate and follow up on discrepancies. Support audits and reconciliation. Ensure adherence to brand protection and material handling standards. Support inventory accuracy goals through regular cycle counting. Use handheld scanners for picking, putaway, and cycle count activities. Support Lean and sustainability initiatives. Assist in inventory audits. Perform other duties as required (DOT, Hazmat, Special Offloads, Customs, Carrier requirements). Perform other duties as required. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of inventory/logistics experience. Advanced proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to operate forklift and other material handling equipment. Must be able to work all shifts and weekends. Must be able to obtain and maintain CDI, Q, PQ, or RI stamps. Must be able to drive a transport van, box truck, and forklift. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Corridor/SAP) preferred. Computer literacy.
