Inside Sales Coordinator

For our new manufacturing plant in Elk Groove Village, Illinois, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator.

Your main tasks:

• Entering and processing sales orders into our ERP system (SAP)
• Updating and maintaining customer information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Answering heavy volume (at times) of "customer request" phone calls and emails
• Managing assigned territory and effectively building relationships with customer accounts
• Provide superior internal account management support to the outside Regional Sales Manager in assigned territory
• Managing blanket and special tool orders
• Processing RMA's (Returns)
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Helping in the shipping department on heavy volume days
• Communicating and coordinating with co-workers as part of a small sales and service team
• Work closely with Production, Marketing, Shipping, and Sales, most of whom are outside the office and USA
• Continuously learn and expand knowledge of our product line
• Ability to accurately communicate all technical specifications and provide "basic" technical support to customers

Your profile:

• 3 years minimum related customer service in a manufacturing company experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced team environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with co-workers and customers
• Self-starter with a solid ability to manage work and customers with minimal supervision
• Strong computer aptitude with Microsoft Office Products
• Familiarity with an ERP system- prior SAP Systems experience a plus
• Comfortable with web-based applications such as Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce
• A leader willing to take initiative and assist and follow through on tasks
• A team player willing to help with the small office "extra" work that may fall outside of the regular job responsibilities.
