The ideal candidate brings a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing environments, excels in detail-critical settings, and is ready to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.What's In It For YouCompetitive Compensation: Earn a minimum of $21.00/hour, with a total earning potential of $22.25/hour including our incentive bonus program.Standardized Schedule: Stable hours from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday), giving you your evenings and weekends back.Overtime Opportunities: Boost your paycheck with available OT as production needs arise.Growth & Development: Access to ongoing training to expand your professional certifications and cross-train across various warehouse functions.Comprehensive Benefits: High-quality premium health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Performance Incentives: Eligibility for a recognition bonus program that rewards your hard work and high-performance grit.Responsibilities IncludeMulti-Functional Operations: Rotate through material handling, shipping and receiving, and packing departments.Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise records using ERP/MRP systems to track stock levels and material movement.Shipping Coordination: Prepare outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other specialized labeling systems.Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move raw materials and finished goods.Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and complex packing specifications.Quality Control: Ensure all items are packed according to specific standards to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the warehouse flow and suggest solutions to improve efficiency.Skills & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceRequired: High school diploma or GED/HiSET.Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, shipping, or packing within a manufacturing environment.Technical ProficiencySystems: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (experience with IQMS is a significant plus).Software: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and digital inventory tracking tools.Logistics Tools: Familiarity with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager) and industrial labeling systems.Physical & Environmental RequirementsStrength: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on a manufacturing floor.Environment: Must be comfortable working around active machinery and raw materials.Soft SkillsDetail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality regarding data entry and order accuracy.Communication: Ability to relay information clearly to internal production teams and external suppliers.Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset geared toward solving logistical challenges on the fly.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills.Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program.
