Digital Marketing ManagerOptimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology | Albuquerque, New Mexico Why This Role MattersEvery patient and client who finds us online, books an appointment, reads a review, or opens an email is touching the digital experience this role owns.The Digital Marketing Manager will own digital strategy across all seven Optimum entities-directing paid media, managing campaigns end-to-end, optimizing conversion, and reporting performance at the executive level. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role spanning every digital channel: paid search, paid social, email, GHL, GA4, reputation, and CRO. Own performance accountability across all paid channels that support execution; you own the strategy.Digital Strategy & CRODrive multi-entity digital strategy across all seven brands. Design and execute A/B tests across landing pages, ads, and email. Own conversion rate optimization-identifying friction, forming hypotheses, implementing improvements.GHL & EmailLead GHL campaign strategy-audience segmentation, funnel architecture, automation, and performance optimization. Own email campaign strategy including audience logic, segmentation, cadence, and content direction across all entities.Analytics & ReportingOwn GA4 implementation and reporting across all entities. Synthesize GA4 and GHL data into a monthly executive performance report. Present findings to leadership with analytical precision.Reputation ManagementOwn reputation strategy across all entities-Birdeye, Podium, and comparable platforms. Build review acquisition programs.
