Systems Support Specialist

Responsibilities Receive calls and email directed from AutoTec Customer Support Specialists or directly from customer’s technical staff Diagnose and resolve technical and product functionality issues, route more technical problems to proper level of assistance Test and reproduce issues to determine the cause of the problem, and document any software deficiencies in issues tool Recognize and respond to systemic customer-impacting problems Assist with requested support tasks, such as monitoring, implementations, integrations, basic reporting, and testing Manage customer expectations and communications regarding resolutions and planned outages Provide Zendesk support to Customer Support Specialists Maintain strong, positive relationships with their customers as a representative of the company Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Technology, Information and Internet Birmingham, AL $63,800.00-$127,600.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr AutoTec
