About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to serve as a strategic and collaborative leader in defining and implementing the organization's people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing a current and practical approach to supporting the workforce, with a strong emphasis on leadership capability, talent development, and effective service delivery. This role is pivotal in leading efforts to strengthen and align human resources across the institution, ensuring that all systems, services, and practices are in harmony with the needs of a complex and growing environment.
