Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional full-time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our established Pediatrics team in Mattoon, Illinois—combining a modern practice setting with the benefits of a supportive, community-focused environment.

Opportunity Details

• 100% outpatient position
• State-of-the-art Primary Care Clinic with a team-based care model
• In addition to primary care, onsite services include Lab, X-ray, Women's Health, and Convenient Care; a state-of-the-art Oncology Infusion Center is also located within the facility
• Minimal call requirement, supported by low patient volume and a first-screen triage process managed by a Patient Advisory Nurse
• Access to a Level III nursery and a Level I Trauma Center 45 minutes away with dedicated air and ground transport
• Pediatric subspecialty support includes Critical Care, Surgery, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Hematology/Oncology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Developmental-Behavioral, and Genetics

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $295,000 - $330,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
