A well-established nonprofit regional health system in Illinois is seeking a permanent neurohospitalist to join its growing neurology department. This inpatient-focused opportunity offers an excellent 7‑on / 7‑off block schedule and strong organizational support. The neurology team includes experienced physicians and APP support with a collaborative approach to patient care. The hospital is stroke‑ready and continues to invest heavily in physician support, advanced technology, and specialty growth initiatives.

This opportunity offers a strong referral network through nearly 80 employed primary care physicians and APPs across the system. Physicians will enjoy a stable practice environment with the ability to help shape and expand inpatient neurology services. Salary from $425,000.00 to $475,000.00 annually. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all‑inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Please contact your consultant for details.
