Stockyards Energy Land Services LLC
Stockyards Energy Land Services is actively seeking experienced Landmen to support ongoing and upcoming projects across multiple basins.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing mineral and leasehold title research, preparing runsheets and ownership reports, conducting due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, reviewing Title Opinions and related title documents, and assisting with title curative efforts. Responsibilities may also include lease acquisition support, courthouse and online records research, surface and right-of-way support, and maintaining organized project records and reporting. Candidates should be able to work independently, communicate effectively with project teams, and manage deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 + years experience
- Strong understanding of mineral, leasehold and title concepts
- Experience with courthouse research and online title systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
