Start/End Date: 2026-2027 School Year

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annualized salary (W2, paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

*Full-time SLPs Will Also Qualify for a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We are looking for two Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Role One: Upper Elementary (4th and 5th grade only); supporting students across general education, resource room, and self-contained classrooms

• Role Two: District floater across a total of four buildings (one preschool, one elementary, one middle school, one high school) to maintain low caseloads for the SLP team

This district supports a high population of English Language Learners with the opportunity to collaborate with interpreters. Both roles offer strong team collaboration along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives. The district is eager to begin interviewing and identify the right fit as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

· Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday. (Part-time availability would also be considered - benefits and compensation structure subject to change. Please reach out for more details.)

· Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.

· Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, interpreters, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.

· Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.

· Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

· Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).

· Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).

· Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
