A busy, not-for-profit, Baby-Friendly Hospital in Chico, California , is adding a BC/BE Pediatrician to their inpatient team! You will be joining a dedicated hospitalist team with 5 Pediatricians and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Practice Highlights

• Typical hospitalist model 7 days on/7 days off
• 6-bed Level II NICU/SCN with a daily census of 1-3
• 5-bed Pediatric unit with a daily census of 2-4
• Mother baby daily census of 14-15
• NPs during the daytime that help share coverage
• 2,250 births annually

Recruitment Package

• Shift-based compensation + hourly rate for additional hours over the 12-hour shift + wRVU bonus
• $60,000 Sign-on Bonus and $20,000 Relocation
• Employed with a specialty group that offers a full benefits package including health insurance, 3 retirement plans, hospital qualifies for PSLF, CME allowance, paid malpractice, and much more
