Director of Clinical Operations – Home Health
If you are an experienced Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Operations, Director of Patient Care Services, or Clinical Manger with Home Health experience, then you need to read on… Director of Clinical Operations Description Our client is a well-established and fast-growing Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Home Health Director of Clinical Operations for their Torrance, CA . Medicare Home Health leadership experience as a registered nurse is required. This person will manage day-to-day clinical operations for home and community-based home health care. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Director of Clinical Operations Requirements- 4-5 years of home health experience is ideal.
- Bachelor’s degree Registered Nurse is required.
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration or other related field is recommended.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
Director of Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for the branch.
- Oversight of directly reporting clinicians and non-clinicians.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Work with business development team to grow census.

An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
