About Osborn Family Health Center

Located in Camden, NJ-just minutes from Philadelphia and within easy reach of the Jersey Shore-Osborn Family Health Center has been a trusted provider of community-based care for over 50 years. Our multidisciplinary team delivers high-quality, culturally responsive care across Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and specialty clinics.

Your Impact

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently within scope of practice
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
• Provide both in-person and telehealth services
• Develop individualized care plans and educate patients
• Contribute to improving health outcomes in an underserved community

Schedule

• Monday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• On-call responsibilities included

What You Bring

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Board Certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Active NJ RN and NP licenses
• CDS, DEA, CPR/BLS
• Experience in Family Practice preferred
