Assistant Director of Nursing Job Summary Concord Care of Hartford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Cortland, Ohio. About the Role The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include: Leadership and Collaboration : Work closely with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that align with our organizational goals and values. Staff Development and Management : Recruit, train, and supervise nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our residents. Quality Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided to our residents. Communication and Collaboration : Maintain open and effective communication with our interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
