Compensation:

$100,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on bankruptcy options and strategies, ensuring they understand the process and potential outcomes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with creditors to advocate for their best interests.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including petitions, schedules, and motions, with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our legal team to develop case strategies and share insights to enhance client outcomes.
• Stay informed on bankruptcy laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice and maintain compliance.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial data to support case arguments and client decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing empathetic and responsive communication throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bankruptcy law, with a focus on representing debtors, creditors, and trustees.
• Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successfully advocating for clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis of financial data to support case arguments.
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
