Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall direction and management of the nursing home facility, including strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development

• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring high-quality services to residents

• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a senior leadership role in a healthcare setting

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions

• Valid Administrator licensure in the state of Ohio
