Job Summary:

As an NHA, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 annually .

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, medication records, and other relevant documents

• Assist with billing and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate submission

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement procedures, protocols, and policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting; NHA certification preferred

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
