Belfry is looking for a Demand Generation Manager in Austin, TX to own our inbound marketing engine, working hand-in-hand with our Head of Growth and sales counterparts. You'll take direct ownership of paid media, email, organic visibility, and campaign execution. You'll set strategy, write content, run paid channels, and own our website. You'll manage a paid media agency, a website/SEO agency, and a fractional graphic design team. You'll operate with the autonomy and accountability of someone who's run a channel or program end-to-end before, someone who brings ideas rather than waits to be told what to do.

Paid Media & Agency Management

• Run the paid engine across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing: budget allocation, bid strategy, creative testing, and reporting, in partnership with our agency.

• Be the internal owner the agencies need: Clear pixel, tag, and tracking fixes, landing page tests, and booking-flow issues without multi-week waits. Define the audience, angle, hook, format, hypothesis, and success metrics up front rather than handing the agencies a vague task.

Channel Ownership & Execution

• Own AEO/GEO: Make sure Belfry shows up where buyers are actually looking, in AI-assisted search and answer engines (Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization) as well as traditional SEO.

• Launch Belfry's email marketing program as a new always-on channel, from platform and list build to segmentation, cadence, and performance.

• Bring new channel ideas and execute them efficiently: gifting, experiential, events, and other non-obvious formats. Prioritize by evidence, expected impact, effort, and the value of the learning. Test fast, and kill what doesn't earn its place.

• Build and run account-driven, signal-based campaigns. Use modern tools and AI to source data, tier accounts, and trigger personalized outreach off intent signals rather than blasting the same message to everyone.

• Own the martech stack. Add modern tools and make improvements as needed. Current stack: HubSpot, GA4, and Search Console.

• Define the marketing-to-sales handoff. Work closely with sales to drive qualified leads that convert to opportunities, and orient the engine around priority accounts.

Reporting & Revenue Accountability

• Report on what matters: marketing-sourced pipeline and closed revenue, using GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot, not just clicks and impressions. Tie every program and channel back to revenue, not just pipeline generated.

Success Metrics

• Inbound MQL volume and quality

• Pipeline & closed revenue sourced and influenced by marketing

• Website traffic and conversion rates

• SEO/GEO rankings & search/AI traffic growth

• CAC and ROAS across paid channels

What You Bring

• 4+ years running demand generation or paid media in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally owning a channel or program end-to-end rather than executing someone else's plan

• Experience at a growth-stage company (Series A to C) where you had to build a process, not just follow one

• Vertical SaaS experience preferred

• An audience-first approach to channel strategy and campaign development

• Breadth across growth marketing with real depth in some areas: deep in paid (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), plus working knowledge across email/lifecycle, SEO, web optimization, and marketing ops

• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias toward shipping over spec'ing

• An experimentation mindset. You don't just re-run what's worked before, and you know how to scale what does

• A revenue-first instinct

• Strategic and scrappy. You'll be hands-on building and executing in tools, but you'll also set goals, prioritize initiatives, and report on what matters to the whole company
