Experienced Grill Cook

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Grill Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dishes that represent the quality and creativity of our restaurant. Experience with live fire or wood-fired grilling is a strong plus. We need someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Our ideal candidate is experienced on the line, follows instructions well, and brings both precision and pride to their work. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment Prepare ingredients using proper culinary techniques Cook food accurately and consistently according to recipes Grill proteins and vegetables with precision and care Plate and present food attractively Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen at all times Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and storage Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant Skilled in grilling and various cooking techniques; live fire experience is a major plus Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and safety procedures Ability to follow recipes and plating standards Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Culinary school training is a plus but not required Must speak English and be authorized to work in the U.S. If you're passionate about food, thrive in a high-energy environment, and are eager to grow with a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.
