Account Executive - (Boston)

We specialize in the development of high-quality antibodies, antigens, and proteins using our proprietary mammalian cell-based recombinant expression system. With manufacturing facilities in Beijing, China, and a growing global presence, our U.S. headquarters is located in the greater Philadelphia area, with a bioprocessing facility in Houston, Texas. Our expansion into bioprocessing reflects our commitment to advancing innovation in the biotech field. We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing U.S. sales team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in business development and account management within the biotechnology industry, focusing on academic clients throughout the New England region, with a heavy focus on Boston. You will work closely with a collaborative and supportive team, leveraging communication and relationship‑building skills to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service. While this position offers flexibility, we strongly emphasize team culture and collaboration. You will be part of a team that values openness, innovation, and collective success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales leadership team to execute territory sales strategies and achieve revenue goals. Engage with industry clients to understand their project needs and recommend Sino Biological’s products and services that best support their goals. Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Travel throughout the territory for client meetings, vendor shows, and roadshows to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to refine sales approaches and expand industry partnerships. Represent Sino Biological at local industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and company capabilities. Requirements Previous sales experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, preferably involving reagents or contract research services. Strong understanding of molecular and cell biology concepts, with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for engaging with industry professionals. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred. Must be based in or within commutable distance to Boston. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory for client meetings and industry events 50% of the time. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel to client sites. Must be able to lift and move 25–50 lbs. At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for sponsorship.
