Shippensburg University is currently recruiting for the position of Print Production Technician, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. This position is responsible for operating high-speed, high-volume printing equipment, prioritizes daily tasks to meet deadlines, and ensures all work meets quality standards. The position involves handling complex, time-sensitive, and data-sensitive print and mail production, as well as managing the delivery, shipping, and receiving of materials. Responsible for organizing job runs, conducting quality assurance checks, and helping maintain equipment to optimal working conditions. Must be detailed oriented.

Minimum Qualifications - One year in print production, or one year of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility Knowledge of equipment and machinery used in print production Knowledge of the use and functionality of Microsoft Office Suite software (including Word and Excel), Adobe Suite (Acrobat), FlexiDESIGN program, Fiery print server Ability to work with budget in Sourcepoint Ability to operate a personal computer Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Valid driver's license
