Our Amusements team keeps the fun going and the games ready to play. From electric kart racing to the latest games, simulators, and skill challenges, this role helps guests jump into the action. Our Food & Beverage team delivers friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Team members help prepare, serve, and support a great guest experience from start to finish. Premium service, great vibes, and a guest-first attitude make every shift at Andretti stand out. As general service staff, you help create a welcoming, high-energy experience for every guest. POSITION SUMMARY An Andretti Arcade Attendant is a part time role, responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner. Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines in a friendly and confident manner to Guests. Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full. Perform minor repairs on games: Explains operation of games to Guests. Notify Game Techs of any machine errors and return game play credit to guests. Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency. Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence. Assist with any Guest recovery and ensure positive Guest experiences. Maintain constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies & procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers. Be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures. Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned. Prior guest service or hospitalityexperience is preferred. Skills & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
