Supervising Outpatient Mental Health Clinician
New Directions Mental Health
New Directions Mental Health seeks a Supervising Clinician to lead high-quality outpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you will provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will supervise and mentor clinicians, support evidence-based practices, and ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and regulatory standards. Working in a culture grounded in empathy and collaboration, you will join a supportive team, contribute to program improvement, and grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on client well-being.
