Industrial Electrician - $2,500 Signing Bonus + Quarterly Bonuses in Detroit

Industrial Electrician We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join a high-performing team in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits from day one, and bonus opportunities, including a $2,500 signing bonus and additional incentives for successful performance milestones. Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts with a 4-week rotation (14 workdays per 28 days, including 7 consecutive days off). Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair machinery essential to the production process. Participate in and promote safety initiatives to meet organizational goals. Develop and sustain positive working relationships within and outside the organization. Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using tools like voltmeters, meggers, and power distribution one-lines. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance. Knowledge of motor starters, electrical prints, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Familiarity with arc flash qualifications and safety protocols. Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and motor schematics. Ability to read electrical symbols and specifications. Team-oriented mindset with strong goal focus. Previous experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven ability to work within matrix organizations and achieve results. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Frequent lifting of up to 70 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs. Working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures). Compliance with PPE requirements, including respirators and flame-retardant clothing.
