Job Description POSITION: Receptionist LOCATION: 6050 88th St, Sacramento, CA SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PAY RATE: $22.00/Hour KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Process all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Schedule repair and service for all Plant copy machines upon request. Distribute all incoming mail to corresponding departments Order and replenish office supplies as needed. Multi-task as required by assignments from management. Move from project-to-project with minimal down-time and limited supervision. Assist with various other special projects as required. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 1-2 years reception, administrative, and/or customer service related experience Proven ability to multi-task Experience operating multi-line phones and handling a high volume of calls EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING: High School diploma/GED Excellent phone customer service skills required Bilingual Spanish preferred ESSENTIAL ABILITIES: Read, write, and understand the English language. Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to learn new computer software programs.
