Focus : Initial Client Outreach, Tier 1 Presentations.

Position Summary:

Are you energetic, highly organized, and looking to break into the dynamic housing industry? We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our modular home team.

In this role, you will be the welcoming face (and voice) of our company. Your primary focus will be mastering our Tier 1 visual presentation framework, conducting engaging outbound phone consultations, and guiding prospective home buyers through a specific sequence of discovery questions.

You do not need prior home-building experience to apply; we will train you on our products. However, you must excel at following instructions precisely, active listening, professional communication, and maintaining high energy throughout your day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Client Outreach: Initiate high-volume phone and digital outreach to warm and cold prospective home buyers.
• Tier 1 Presentation Delivery: Utilize our streamlined PowerPoint presentation decks as visual cues to drive interactive, engaging conversations.
• Structured Discovery: Ask a mandatory, multi-step sequence of questions to understand each buyer's timeline, needs, and land status.
• Precise Documentation: Record detailed, accurate, and neatly written notes into our CRM following strict company procedures.
• Process Adherence: Strictly follow internal communication templates, compliance checklists, and workflow steps without cutting corners.
