Senior GenAI Developer - Manhattan

Salary: $114,400 - 145,600 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying conversational AI agents as a Senior GenAI Developer
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents (PVA)
• Experience using Azure OpenAI Service for enterprise AI solutions
• Experience architecting secure enterprise data connectors and integrations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse
• Experience developing custom API wrappers and enterprise integrations
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search
• Experience with vector databases for AI-powered knowledge retrieval
• Strong understanding of secure, context-aware enterprise AI architectures
• Preferred: experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, enterprise-grade automation, custom APIs, Microsoft ecosystem integrations, and integrating AI agents with business applications and backend data sources
• Preferred: knowledge of enterprise AI security, governance, and data access practices, and experience in enterprise technology environments
• No specific education is required; equivalent professional experience in AI engineering, software development, cloud technologies, or enterprise automation will be considered

We are recruiting for our client, an organization that uses modern Microsoft technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and enterprise data to improve workplace productivity and business processes. In this Senior GenAI Developer role, you will help develop secure, scalable conversational AI solutions and workplace automation. The opportunity is based in Manhattan and pays $55–$70 per hour on a competitive W-2 basis. The contract runs through December 2027 and offers hands-on work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, RAG, Azure AI Search, vector databases, Microsoft Graph API, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
