Small Parts Assembler

Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire 2nd shift small parts assemblers to their team!

Positions are all long-term, full-time roles with OT available - we are looking for CAREER oriented individuals.

Openings are currently on 2nd shift (Sunday - Thursday, five 8 hour shifts)

Candidates will be assembling, finishing, and packaging small parts. Most of the products are less than 2 pounds, and no heavy lifting is required. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, as products are very precise and have to meet specific customer requirements.

We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of previous experience in any of the following:

• Assembly
• Manufacturing
• General Production / General Labor
• Warehouse
• Machine Operating
• Or anything related to the above!

These roles are unique positions, and there are no companies in the St. Cloud area that do work like this. If you have consistent work history, have 6+ months of production / manufacturing / warehouse / assembly experience, a positive attitude, and willingness to train, we will train you!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
