Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

Job Summary Provide direct patient care services in accordance with the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess patients' physical and psychological needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and patient responses to care. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans. Document patient care accurately and thoroughly. Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences. Schedule / Shift Per diem shifts available, including days, evenings, and nights. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current and active RN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
