Leave Administration & HR Compliance Manager
Legal Counsel for Youth and Children
The Bethel School District is seeking an experienced Human Resources Leave Administration and Absence Management Manager to oversee leave programs and absence management district-wide, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, Records, and school leaders to ensure compliant, timely leave communications and accurate tracking.
