Floor Supervisor

Facility Maintenance ManagerResponsibilities:Clean and maintain buildings/facilitiesShampoo carpetsStrip and wax floorsMachine scrub floorsFollows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixturesNotify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systemsFollow assigned work schedules and routes as directed. Report any barriers.Provides leadership and direction to team members.Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildingReports damaged, broken and out of work features/itemsOversee and perform additional service requests in assigned buildingOversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.Track all work through company's work order application.Carry out supervisory responsibilities as neededPerform other duties as assigned - Job duties may be modified at any time.Requirements:Drive his own vehicleHave a valid driver's licenseEnglish and SpanishAble to lift to 50 lbsSchedule: Flexibility required Monday- Friday with some weekends Night shift with some mornings as needed 6pm- 2am
