We are currently in search of a meticulous and well-organized Service Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with coordinating and assigning service requests to our team members, operating under the supervision of the Service Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass data entry, managing phone and email communications, handling incoming calls, and facilitating scheduling. Compensation will be based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Managers in daily operations.
- Receive and process service requests from customers via phone or email.
- Ensure precise and detailed data entry into the system.
- Allocate technicians to locations based on urgency, proximity, and technician availability.
- Monitor the progress of service calls and provide updates to clients.
- Employ transportation management systems effectively.
- Foster collaboration with other departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and customer interactions.
- Assist with other duties as they are assigned
