Job Overview
While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. This structure allows them to concentrate on the aspects that are most important to you. Our organization has teams focused solely on housing, travel logistics, credentialing, licensing, and much more. This is just one of the ways we prioritize your needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work 10 to 15 shifts each month, with options for 12-hour shifts.
- Manage an annual patient volume of 21,000.
- Provide single MD coverage with available support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
- Utilize APP coverage from 10 AM to 8 PM, including fast track support.
- Maintain PALS and ACLS certifications.
- Contribute to efforts towards achieving designated trauma center status.
- We negotiate competitive pay, with weekly deposits.
- Complimentary housing and travel arrangements are provided.
- Comprehensive malpractice coverage is included.
- The credentialing and privileging process is streamlined for your convenience.
- Access to an online portal for assignment details and time entry.
- Your dedicated recruiter will manage every detail for you.
- Hourly rates range from $225.00 to $310.00, depending on various factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. These rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday pay.
